Classes are suitable for women who are 6 weeks postnatal and beyond!

hey are designed to aid your return to normal activity and impact exercise. We take pain, incontinence, muscle separation and prolapse into account and exercises are suitable for all of these.
All the information provided in the normal setting will be provided in video form from the comfort and safety of your home and in your own time.
There are 8 weeks of classes (once week) with additional info backing them up.
