Steph is co-owner of Complete Health Clinic, she qualified from Keele University in 2009 with BSc(Hons)Physiotherapy and gained extensive experience in the NHS across a wide range of specialities and has been working at a senior level since 2013.
Steph decided to specialise in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy due to her love of mechanics and passion for rehabilitation. She has lectured in the undergraduate programme at King’s College, London as part of her senior role in Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital.
Steph has completed a number of postgraduate training to compliment her assessment and treatment. Including Acupuncture, spinal Manipulation, McKenzie and Pilates.
Steph has also completed post graduate training in women’s health and splits her clinical time between musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapy. She treats ladies with pelvic and back pain relating to pregnancy both ante and postnatally. She also aims to manage incontinence and prolapse and is a member of the POGP.
Steph teaches antenatal and postnatal Pilates and aims to get back into triple jumping once she hits masters athlete age!
